Una Residences, a 129-unit tower, is complete at 175 SE 25th Road in Brickell, Miami. The 47-floor development spans 416,000 square feet. Developed by OKO Group and Cain International, with architecture by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, it stands 579 feet tall and includes 236 parking spaces.

Amenities feature three pools, a private marina, spa, fitness center, media lounge, and children's playroom. Targeting LEED Gold certification, the project was initially slated for completion by December 31, 2025.

Residents have access to a private dining kitchen, movie theater, owners' lounge, waterfront access, baywalk, and concierge services.
