Allied Partners has proposed The Savoy, a 38-story mixed-use tower at 425 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. The 453-foot, 599,828-square-foot project combines 150 residential units with a 76-room hotel. Arquitectonica is the architect.
Sixty of the 150 units are designated affordable housing. The project includes 257 parking spaces and a valet drop-off.
Amenities include multiple pools, a rooftop pool, a beach club with beach access, a yoga space, a barbecue area, outdoor green space, and a beachfront hotel restaurant.
