The Shore Club Private Collection is under construction at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The 20-story, 481,200-square-foot mixed-use tower will rise 200 feet and contain 45 residences and 79 hotel rooms. Monroe Capital is developing, with architecture by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA).
Amenities include three pools, a fitness center, spa, library, lounges, a beach club, botanical gardens, and a private porte-cochere.
Food and beverage offerings span a signature restaurant, a poolside café and bar with cabana service, and a double-height café and bar with outdoor lounge. Residential services include in-residence dining, sommelier, concierge, housekeeping, and valet. Parking is underground with private garages.
Completion is expected by end of 2027.
