The tower will include 1,496 parking spaces and is slated for completion June 30, 2029. The program spans seven amenity levels: a sky terrace restaurant, a two-floor Urban Club with fitness and social space, wellness facilities, a daycare, and retail and dining. Outdoor terraces are planned on nearly every floor, with activated plazas and valet service at grade.

Sustainability targets include LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, LEED Zero Carbon, and LEED Zero Water—placing the tower among a small group of large-scale office buildings pursuing net-zero carbon and water performance.

The site sits near Brickell Avenue and SE 14th Street, served by the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations and multiple Metrobus routes, with I-95 access via the Brickell and Downtown interchanges.
