Park Hotels & Resorts has completed a $100 million renovation of the 404-room Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort at 1545 Collins Avenue.
The $100 million renovation of Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is complete at 1545 Collins Avenue. The 17-story oceanfront hotel contains 404 rooms across 282,000 square feet. Park Hotels & Resorts developed the project, with architecture by EoA Group.
Work covered guest rooms, public spaces, and amenity areas, including a redesigned lobby, enhanced beachfront amenities, and updated meeting and event facilities. The project had previously been tracked as proposed before reaching completion.
Amenities include a private pool, direct beach access, a 24-hour fitness center, and four food and beverage concepts. Meeting and event space totals 18,000 square feet across seven meeting rooms, a ballroom, and two outdoor venues with retractable awnings.
The property sits one block from Ocean Drive and the Art Deco Historic District, with direct frontage on Miami Beach's public beach.
