Bluenest Development's Redland Reserve, a 582-unit residential project, has been approved for a 90-acre site on Krome Avenue north of SW 276th Street in Redland. The site sits between SW 177th Avenue (Krome) and SW 172nd Avenue, south of SW 272nd Street.

The project was previously filed as a proposed mixed-use development before being reclassified as residential upon approval.
