Oasis Hallandale - East Tower, a 250-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. Updated filings cut the unit count from 500 to 250, set the height at 275.6 feet, and moved expected completion from December 2027 to December 31, 2026. Giuseppe Iadisernia is developing, with architecture by Arquitectonica.
The 25-story tower includes 1,481 parking spaces and a residential program anchored by a six-level, 70,000-square-foot amenity deck: resort-style pools with cabanas, fitness and wellness center, full-service spa, coworking, indoor and outdoor theaters, golf simulator, ping-pong room, mini soccer field, children's playroom, splash pad, pet park, yoga lawn, and a fire pit with bar and lounge. The project also features a six-story waterfall, 24-hour lobby attendants, and EV chargers.
The site fronts Hallandale Beach Boulevard, a major east-west corridor linking the city to I-95 and A1A. Completion is expected by end of 2026.
