Mohawk at Wynwood, a 300-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 56 NE 29th Street in Wynwood. An $85,555,176 building permit has been issued for the previously approved project. Rilea Group is developing, with architecture by Deforma Studio.
The 12-story, 143-foot building will encompass 247,000 square feet with 335 parking spaces. Completion is expected in late 2028.
Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, two-level gym, dog park, double-volume resident lounge, and private offices. A paseo-inspired cross-block pedestrian passage runs through the site.
The site sits east of Biscayne Boulevard and north of the Design District, with I-195 access to the south and I-95 to the west.
