Little River Plaza, a 250-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 7952 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Miami's Little River. The 12-story building, designed by Glavovic Studio and developed by The Healthy Housing Foundation, will reach 134 feet and offer 205 parking spaces.
Amenities include ground-floor retail, wrap-around balconies, a courtyard, and community spaces on each level. All units are designated as affordable housing.
Additional features include bike storage, laundry services, and an administration and leasing office. Each unit has a balcony for private outdoor space.
