MCR has proposed a 1,000-room, 14-story expansion of the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon at 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive, designed by Behar Font & Partners.
M2 Miami Airport Blue Lagoon LLC, an MCR affiliate, has proposed a 1,000-room expansion of the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon at 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive, just west of MIA. The 14-story, 164-foot tower is designed by Behar Font & Partners.
Plans include 1,013 structured parking spaces serving the new keys and existing hotel.
Sixth-floor pool decks and amenity areas will sit atop the parking podium, with views oriented toward Blue Lagoon.
The site fronts Blue Lagoon Drive near the SR 836 corridor, with direct access to MIA, SR 826, and downtown Miami.
