Flow has completed its acquisition of Watermarc at Biscayne Bay, rebranded Flow Edgewater, at 2150 N Bayshore Dr in Edgewater. The mixed-use tower contains 296 units across 28 floors, totaling approximately 650,000 square feet.
Mill Creek Residential developed the tower, designed by Corwil Architects and completed in late 2021. The property includes 425 parking spaces.
Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, summer kitchen, fitness and yoga/Pilates studios, clubhouse, theater room, VR gaming room, business center, and coffee bar. Pet features include a dog park and pet spa, plus package lockers, bike storage, and additional storage.
