First Industrial Realty Trust is building a 220,310 SF industrial facility at 8903 NW 87th Avenue in Medley, targeting late 2026 completion.
First Park Miami Building 4 is under construction at 8903 NW 87th Avenue in Medley. First Industrial Realty Trust is developing the 220,310 SF single-story industrial building, designed by RLC Architects.
The logistics and distribution facility features a 36-foot clear height, 66 dock-high doors, four oversized ramps, and truck courts ranging from 120 to 180 feet. It includes an ESFR sprinkler system, speculative office space, and 149 parking spaces.
The project targets LEED Gold certification, with completion expected by December 31, 2026.
Building 4 is part of the broader First Park Miami development in Medley, which continues to draw industrial projects due to its access to major freight corridors and Miami International Airport.
