Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a 421-unit mixed-use tower, is proposed for 400 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami. The 90-floor building will reach 985 feet, developed by Property Markets Group with architecture by CUBE 3 and Carlos Ott.
Features include an observation deck at 850 feet, a sky pool at 800 feet, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a wellness center, a fitness center with a movement studio, and the Delano Members' Club. Amenities also comprise signature restaurants, deeded office suites for select residences, and 24-hour doormen and concierge services.
Completion is slated for December 31, 2031. Residents will have access to housekeeping, pet services, and beach club access at Delano Miami Beach.
