Delano Residences Proposed on Biscayne Blvd

Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a 421-unit mixed-use building, proposed at 400 Biscayne Blvd in downtown Miami. The 90-floor structure will reach 985 feet, developed by Property Markets Group with architecture by CUBE 3 and conceptual design by Carlos Ott.

Amenities include an observation deck at 850 feet, a sky pool at 800 feet, and a wrap-around pool deck. Dining options feature two signature restaurants, including a sky restaurant, the Rose Bar, and Café Delano. The Source by Delano spa offers treatment rooms, sauna, steam rooms, and a cold plunge.

Completion is targeted for the end of 2031. Additional features include a fitness center, resort-style pool deck, members' club, private office suites, meeting rooms, valet parking, doormen, concierge, and on-demand services. Residents will also have access to the Beach Club at Delano Miami Beach.
