Arsht Center's 750-space garage and studios, a mixed-use project, is proposed for 225 NE 13th St, Miami. This downtown development will have six floors with 750 parking spaces, two 2,500 sq ft studios, and space for 30 school buses. Features include advance parking reservations linked to ticket purchases, decorative façade panels, and Art in Public Places installations. Led by the Adrienne Arsht Center Trust, the project aims to enhance cultural and transportation infrastructure.
