Northlink Capital has started construction on 7200 Collins, a 222-unit, 12-story mixed-use condominium in Miami Beach's North Beach neighborhood.
7200 Collins, a 222-unit, 12-story mixed-use condominium, is now under construction at 7200 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach's North Beach neighborhood. The 274,150-square-foot project, previously tracked as proposed, is being developed by Northlink Capital with architecture by Revuelta Architecture International.
The building will include ground-floor retail. Completion is expected by the end of 2027.

Amenities include two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a yoga and meditation terrace, coworking spaces, a library lounge, and an owners' lounge. Outdoor features: an alfresco dining and barbecue area, a rooftop Vista Terrace with sundeck, a zen walkway, an outdoor cinema, and indoor and outdoor game lounges.
