600 Miami Worldcenter, a 606-unit residential tower, is under construction at 600 NE 1st Ave & NE 6th St in downtown Miami. Developed by Aria Development Group and Merrimac Ventures, with architecture by Revuelta Architecture International, the 32-floor building will reach 330 feet and complete by late 2026.
Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge, fitness center with outdoor training, resident lounge, co-working suite, 24-hour attended lobby with Luxer One parcel systems, summer kitchen, covered porte-cochère, bike storage, and air-conditioned storage.
