The project includes more than 300 feet of riverfront frontage with direct Miami Riverwalk access, ground-floor food and beverage retail, and a pool deck with cabanas.

The site sits on the river's south bank near Brickell. Earlier filings referenced 749 feet and a 99 SW 7th Street address; current records list 720 feet at the 6th Street and 1st Avenue addresses.
