Sabet Group's 282-unit, 33-story mixed-use tower at 1600 NE 2nd Avenue in Edgewater is under construction, with completion expected in late 2028.

1600 Edgewater, a 282-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 1600 NE 2nd Avenue in Edgewater. The 33-story, 384-foot project spans roughly 500,000 square feet. Sabet Group is developing, with Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design as architect. The site, previously listed as proposed, is now tracked as active construction.
The tower includes 352 parking spaces and 20 affordable units. Completion is expected by December 31, 2028.
Amenities include a rooftop pool and restaurant, outdoor dining, a fitness center, an amenity deck, and a lobby. The project joins a wave of residential development along the NE 2nd Avenue corridor between downtown and the Edgewater waterfront.
The Adrienne Arsht Center Metromover station sits to the south near Biscayne Boulevard, and nearby I-395 connects to Miami Beach and I-95.
