1401 Brickell by Santander is under construction at 1401 Brickell Avenue, Miami. The 50-floor building spans 1,600,000 sq ft. Developed by Santander Holdings USA, Inc. with architecture by Handel Architects and Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura, completion is slated for December 31, 2029.

Rising 765 feet, it includes 1,496 parking spaces. Amenities: an urban club on floors 18-19, a rooftop restaurant, outdoor terraces on each office floor, and extensive fitness, social, and wellness facilities. Seven levels are dedicated to retail, dining, and wellness, with a 24/7 attended lobby and concierge.

The project targets LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and LEED Zero certifications, focusing on sustainable, low-impact design.
