Topaz at Light Farms Way, a 272-unit multifamily development, is under construction at 2515 Knox Street in Celina. The four-story project totals 385,426 square feet. Cedarwood Companies is developing, with design by Cedarwood Architectural.
The project previously appeared in our tracking as proposed under the Light Farms Way address; construction has since begun and the address formalized to 2515 Knox Street, Celina, TX 75009.
Amenities include a resort-style pool with firepit, clubhouse with cybercafé, fitness center, coworking lounge, dog park with pet spa, playground, walking trails, greenspaces, and a car care center.
Completion is expected September 30, 2027. The project adds to a wave of multifamily construction in Celina, one of the fastest-growing cities in Collin and Denton counties.
