American Landmark Apartments has acquired Sol Riverside, formerly Lakeside Villas, at 2502 Riverside Parkway in Grand Prairie. The gated, 3-story property includes 350 units with lake views.
Amenities include a fitness center, two resort-style pools, a business center, and a bark park. Units feature granite-style countertops, hardwood-style floors, walk-in closets, in-unit washer and dryer, and dishwashers.
The deal renames the property from Lakeside Villas to Sol Riverside under American Landmark's ownership.
