Middleburg Communities has filed a rezoning petition (2026-023) for a 321-unit apartment project at 9101 Wilkinson Blvd in west Charlotte. The Middleburg Wilkinson Boulevard Apartments would sit on a 20.15-acre site near Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
The site fronts the Wilkinson Boulevard corridor linking uptown Charlotte to the airport and Belmont. The property was previously tracked by acreage before the address was confirmed as 9101 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28214.
The plan designates 32 units, roughly 10 percent, as affordable, and includes a 1-acre park dedication.
