Ross Road Apartments, known as The Radley, is under construction at 6205 Ross Road, Austin. This mixed-use development includes 328 units across four stories, totaling 400,000 square feet. Developed by The NRP Group with architecture by Lord Aeck Sargent.

Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, outdoor games, two landscaped courtyards, a dog park, fitness center, coworking spaces, and a community chef’s kitchen. A double-height lobby enhances the entrance. Half of the units, 164, are designated as affordable housing.

Completion is expected by the end of 2026, adding modern housing options with community-focused amenities.
