The Perrin, a 310-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 244 SW 9th Street, Miami. Developed by Empira Group and designed by Corwil Architects, it will have 26 floors and reach 313 feet.

Amenities include a rooftop Zen Garden, Tea Room, resort-style pool with cabanas, fitness and wellness facilities, co-working lounges, and entertainment spaces. Residents will have 380 parking spaces, EV charging stations, and bicycle storage. Completion is expected by the end of 2027.

LEED certification emphasizes sustainable design. The Perrin enhances the neighborhood's residential landscape with modern living spaces.
