The Little River District, a 5,730-unit mixed-use development, has been approved at 530 NW 75th Street in Miami's Little River neighborhood. The $3 billion project is being developed by SG Holdings, a partnership of Swerdlow Group, SJM Partners, and Alben Duffie. Arquitectonica is the architect.

The project, previously tracked as a proposal, is now approved with completion targeted for December 31, 2034.
The plan includes 2,284 affordable units, roughly 40 percent of the total, added to the scope as part of the approval.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, computer lab, bike parking, children's recreation space, and green space with pavilions and walking paths. Common areas will have complimentary Wi-Fi.
Construction will proceed in phases through the 2034 completion target.
