Miami-Dade County has approved the Kelly Tractor Headquarters Campus, a 2.7 million square foot industrial project west of NW 137th Avenue near the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836), west of Sweetwater. The approval advances two related filings previously tracked as proposed: the Kelly Tractor UDB Expansion and the Kelly Tractor HQ Outside UDB.
The campus will support heavy equipment operations with repair bays equipped with 70-ton cranes, fueling stations, a truck wash, and indoor machinery storage. Other components include a helicopter pad, freight rail terminal access, training space, and 500 parking spaces.

The project required an expansion of the Urban Development Boundary, which separates urbanized land from agricultural and environmentally protected areas in Miami-Dade. Approval clears the way for permitting and construction.
