Construction is underway on Gallery at Lummus Parc, a 27-story mixed-use tower at 395 NW 1st Street near Lummus Park and the Miami River. A $74.5 million building permit has been issued, moving the project from approval to active construction. Related Urban Development Group is developing; Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates is the architect.

The 305-foot tower will hold 257 units, 213 of them affordable, plus 478 parking spaces. Completion is expected by end of 2028.
