Aurevia, a 225-unit mixed-use development, has been approved at 1590 NE 123rd Street in North Miami. The 16-story, 225,000-square-foot project is developed by ACRE Management with architecture by Vimani Design.
Plans include 316 parking spaces, ground-floor retail, a pool and deck, fitness center, pickleball court, bicycle storage, and a public 4,000-square-foot dog park. The project is targeting LEED or equivalent certification, with completion expected by December 31, 2028.
The site sits on NE 123rd Street, a major east-west corridor connecting to Biscayne Boulevard and US-1, served by Miami-Dade Transit bus routes. The corridor has seen a growing pipeline of mixed-use and multifamily development.
