Artisan Pointe, a 115-unit affordable housing development, is under construction at 26115 South Dixie Highway in Naranja, an unincorporated community in southern Miami-Dade County. AM Affordable Housing is developing the four-story project, with design by Palenzuela & Hevia Design Group.
All 115 units are designated affordable. Previously in the proposed stage, the project has advanced to active construction with completion expected January 31, 2028.
Amenities include a fitness center, coworking space, and outdoor recreational areas.
The site fronts South Dixie Highway (U.S. 1), the primary north-south corridor through Naranja and South Dade, connecting the area to Cutler Bay and Homestead. It runs parallel to the South Dade TransitWay, which provides BRT service between Dadeland South Metrorail station and Florida City.
