The 8-story project totals 358,847 square feet with 801 parking spaces on a site near the South Dade Government Center.
Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, community center, and dog park, plus a public park and sensory playground.
The approval clears the way for permitting and construction. Workforce housing at this scale is rare in south Miami-Dade, where most new residential development has been market rate.
