43-Story Mixed-Income Tower With Fire Station Proposed Downtown
ACRE Communities has proposed a 43-story, 391-unit tower with a fire station at 604 NW 1st Ave in downtown Miami, with 203 affordable units.

A 43-story mixed-income tower with an integrated fire station is proposed for 604 NW 1st Ave and 53 NW 6th St in downtown Miami. ACRE Communities is developing the 630,000-square-foot project, which includes 391 residential units.
The tower reserves 203 units as affordable housing, a majority of the residential count, and includes 432 parking spaces. The fire station pairs a public facility with private residential construction on the same site.
The Park West site sits on downtown's western edge, near the Miami-Dade County courthouse district and the Government Center transit hub. The project must clear the city's review and approval process before construction.
