LNDMRK Breaks Ground on 32-Story Edgewater Tower

LNDMRK Development has started construction on 2900 Terrace, a 324-unit, 32-story mixed-use tower at 401 NE 29th Street in Edgewater, designed by Arquitectonica.

2900 Terrace, a 324-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 401 NE 29th Street in Edgewater. LNDMRK Development is developing the Arquitectonica-designed project, with a building permit issued valued at $1,904,000.

The 32-story tower rises 362 feet and spans 629,829 square feet, with 504 parking spaces. Completion is slated for late 2027.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, cold plunge, cabanas, summer kitchen, fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, golf simulator, theater, two padel courts, coworking space, podcast and content creator studios, resident lounge, children's playroom, pet spa, EV charging, 24/7 concierge, and a covered loggia arrival.

The site sits just west of Biscayne Boulevard, with I-195 access via NE 29th Street connecting to Miami Beach and I-95. Miami-Dade Transit bus routes run along Biscayne Boulevard and NE 2nd Avenue.
