Hunt Sports Development has proposed a $1.3 billion mixed-use district on the east side of Toyota Stadium at 9200 World Cup Way in Frisco. BCA-Studio Architects is the designer.

The district includes 200 residential units and a 290-room hotel, adjacent to the FC Dallas stadium in Frisco's sports and entertainment corridor.

Hotel amenities include a full-service restaurant and bar, rooftop bar and lounge, experiential spa, and fitness center. A convention and event center adds a 15,000-square-foot ballroom and a 3,000-person music hall and live entertainment venue.

The project remains in proposed status. Next steps include zoning review, planning and zoning commission hearings, and city council approval.
