Dominium's 350-unit Terrell Family Apartments is under construction at 1200 Rose Hill Road in Kaufman County, with completion set for mid-2029.
Terrell Family Apartments, also known as The Brooks at Rose Hill, is under construction at 1200 Rose Hill Road in Terrell. The Dominium project will include 350 units across 480,000 square feet, with Kimley-Horn as architect.
All 350 units will be income-restricted. Completion is set for June 30, 2029.
Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, outdoor gathering spaces, playgrounds, a private school bus shelter, and free weekly tutoring for residents.
The project was previously tracked as a proposal before moving into active construction. Terrell sits along the I-20 corridor roughly 30 miles east of downtown Dallas, an area seeing steady residential growth.
