The masonry-built park features glass storefronts and both drive-in and dock-high loading, accommodating industrial and flex tenants across multiple addresses along the corridor.
The site offers access to Interstate 85 via nearby interchanges, connecting to Concord's industrial districts and the Cabarrus County employment base.
