Idlewood Capital has proposed converting a one-story warehouse at 2025 N. Davidson St in NoDa into 8,000 square feet of retail. The project, dubbed 2025 North Davidson Retail Adaptive Reuse, is the first to appear in our tracking for this site.
The existing warehouse structure would be retained. Project materials list a rooftop bar, large outdoor patio, and dedicated surface parking as potential, not confirmed, amenities.
