The Modern Austin Residences, a 319-unit mixed-use tower, is rising at 610 Davis Street in downtown Austin. The 56-floor building will reach 658 feet, developed by Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors with architecture by Nelsen Partners and Page.

Amenities include ground-floor retail, indoor/outdoor lounges, private dining with catering kitchens, an Olympic-size pool, fitness center, board room, business center, guest suite, bike and paddleboard storage, and a sky lounge with a catering kitchen.

Completion is slated for the end of 2025, featuring 20 affordable housing units. A unique hospitality concept on the first floor aims to enhance community engagement.
