Tesla has signed on as tenant for a 538,720-square-foot industrial facility at 6925 FM 1327 in Mustang Ridge, south of Austin. The single-story project, Mustang Ridge Distribution Center I, is being developed by Clay Development & Construction Inc., which is also serving as architect.

The cross-dock facility features 36-foot clear heights, 65-foot loading bays, 105 dock doors, four drive-in doors, two 130-foot truck courts, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Parking includes 138 car spaces and 138 trailer spots. Completion is slated for March 31, 2028.
The site sits near the SH 130 corridor in southern Travis County, an area drawing industrial and logistics development tied to the region's manufacturing expansion. Tesla operates Gigafactory Texas in eastern Travis County and continues to add industrial space across the Austin metro.
