Colovore's $280 million liquid-cooled data center at 2401 Innovation Blvd. in Hutto has been approved. The single-story, 192,694-square-foot facility was designed by Ci Design.
It will house five 8 MW data halls with liquid cooling supporting 5 to 600+ kW per rack, targeting high-density AI and machine learning workloads. The site plan includes a screened equipment yard and administrative space.
