Bailey at Berkman & Stassney, a 208-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 5516 Humming Bird Lane and 6405 Berkman Drive in Austin. Led by National CORE with Diva Imaging LLC and Structure Development, the project includes a fitness center, community room with computer lab, and onsite laundry. Additional features: bicycle storage, offices, activity space, outdoor terrace, clubhouse, business center, and lounge spaces. Completion is set for June 30, 2027.
