IDI Logistics has moved Swift Creek Logistics Center Building 1 from proposed to active construction on Stonecrest Industrial Way in Stonecrest, east of Atlanta. The 1,008,202 sq ft warehouse is the first confirmed address for the development, previously listed only as east of Atlanta.

The single-building distribution center features a 40-foot clear height, cross-dock configuration, 185 dock-high doors, and 4 drive-in doors. An ESFR sprinkler system is included.
Site plans call for 520 parking spaces and 370 trailer stalls.
At just over 1 million square feet, the project ranks among the larger industrial developments underway in metro Atlanta. The site sits in DeKalb County's industrial corridor, a submarket that has drawn significant warehouse development in recent years.
