The project, previously tracked as proposed, is now approved, and the address was refined from a general SR 316 location to the University Parkway site.
Plans call for 854 parking spaces and a gas station with 32 fuel pumps. Access comes from multiple entrances off Lightning Drive and Park Access Drive, plus a Lightning Drive extension connecting to the site.
