The centerpiece is a domed ballpark with a translucent roof. The district includes ground-floor retail and dining, a 4+ star convention hotel, and an office complex with sky terraces and rooftop gardens. Public green space, entertainment venues, and a walkable streetscape round out the plan.

Completion is set for March 31, 2029. Project data reports one affordable housing unit, up from zero in earlier filings.
The site sits along West Tampa Bay Boulevard near Dale Mabry Highway, across from Raymond James Stadium, with I-275 access to the south.
