Planned uses include an exhibition gallery, glass studio, artist classrooms, a multipurpose room, administrative offices, a café, a gift shop, and ground-floor retail. The project will also house the Chihuly Collection, the permanent display of Dale Chihuly's work.

Design elements include sculptural spiral staircases connecting the five floors. The project includes 93 parking spaces. Completion is expected June 30, 2029.

The site sits in downtown St. Petersburg's arts district, near the existing Morean facilities. PSTA bus routes serve Central Avenue, and the SunRunner BRT line is within walking distance.
