Pinnacle Tower Complete at Nashville Yards; $380M Refi Finalized

Pinnacle Tower, a 35-story, 504-foot office tower at 21 Platform Way South in Nashville Yards, is complete. The 1.5 million SF building was developed by Southwest Value Partners with architecture by Gresham Smith. A $380 million refinancing, previously reported as proposed, is now finalized.

The address was recently formalized as 21 Platform Way South, replacing the general Nashville Yards designation. The project carried a December 31, 2025 completion target and is now marked complete.

Amenities include a 12,000 SF amenity floor, a 4,500 SF outdoor biophilic terrace, and a two-story, 6,000 SF lobby. Tenants have access to a 100-plus-person conference center, a 25-seat board room, a hospitality lounge with catering kitchen, and a lounge and library meeting area with booth seating.

Additional features: a 2,500 SF fitness center with classes, hospitality-style locker rooms, storage for 140-plus bikes, eight showers, 30-plus EV charging stations, valet parking, and roughly 43,000 SF of retail and dining with outdoor seating. Building systems include 24/7 security, dual redundant fiber feeds, and destination dispatch elevators. Dedicated tenant storage totals 21,000 SF.
