The 1,049-foot tower will include 212 hotel rooms across 54 floors, totaling 1.7 million square feet. Developed by Citadel and Related Companies, with architecture by Foster + Partners, it features 50 parking spaces, a fitness center, restaurants, retail, a public waterfront path, and a rooftop pavilion. Construction timeline and completion date remain undisclosed.
