St. John South, a 201-unit fully affordable mixed-use project funded by Airbnb, is under construction at 800 E. St. Johns Ave in northeast Austin.

St. John South, a 201-unit mixed-use redevelopment of the St. John site, is under construction at 800 E. St. Johns Ave in northeast Austin. The 208,136-square-foot project is developed by Greystar Development Central, LLC, designed by Meeks + Partners, and funded by Airbnb.
