Sixth & Guadalupe, a 349-unit mixed-use tower, is complete at 400 West 6th Street, Downtown Austin. The 66-floor, 2.1 million sq ft project by Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential, designed by Gensler, enhances Austin's skyline.
