Sixth&Blanco Mixed-Use Project Breaks Ground in Old West Austin

MML Hospitality's Sixth&Blanco, a five-story mixed-use project with 10 units and 57 hotel rooms at 578 W. Sixth Street, is now under construction.

Sixth&Blanco, a mixed-use development at 578 W. Sixth Street in Old West Austin, is now under construction after previously being tracked as proposed. The five-story, 414,400-square-foot building will include 10 residential units and 57 hotel rooms. MML Hospitality is developing, with architecture by Herzog & de Meuron.

Amenities include a swimming pool, spa and bathhouse, fitness center, private terraces, a cocktail pool, art galleries, a members-only social club, public gardens, a screening room, and rooftop and podium greenery.

Completion is expected June 30, 2027. The project is Herzog & de Meuron's first in Austin.
